DhiConcierge (“we”, “us”) is based in Malé, Maldives. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website, WhatsApp, email or Instagram, and how we use it. We do not run user accounts on this site.
What we collect
- Details you send us — name, email, phone number, message, travel dates, guest names, and anything else you include in an enquiry.
- WhatsApp messages, including media you share, when you write to +960 772 8585.
- Basic technical data from visiting the site (browser type, pages viewed). We do not sell this.
The contact form on this site opens WhatsApp with your message. That conversation then lives in WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own terms.
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange the service you asked for.
- To pass names, dates and preferences to hotels, guesthouses, transfer desks, restaurants and other suppliers — only as needed to fulfil that request.
- To send confirmations, changes and follow-ups.
- To keep a record of what was booked, in case something goes wrong.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing lists.
Who we share it with
Suppliers who need it to complete your booking. Messaging and hosting tools we use to run the service (including WhatsApp). Authorities if the law requires it. We do not share your details for unrelated advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as we need them to deliver the service, handle a follow-up, or meet a legal or accounting requirement — typically up to two years after the last activity on that request, unless a longer period is required.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it, unless we must keep it. Write to hello@dhiconcierge.com. If you reached us on WhatsApp, you can also message us there.
Children
We arrange travel that may include children as guests on a booking made by an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children using this site on their own.
